Entry fee
The participation fee is 53 EUR, including all competitions together with the EFOL fee.
Participation in classes M/W 12-14 is free of charge.

Competitions and Training
The competitions and the training will take place at and around Nymindegab village. The maximum distance from the Event Centre will be around 30 kilometres.
Event Centre
Nymindegab Camp is the training centre for the Danish Home Guard. It is situated in the centre of Nymindegab village, close to one of Denmark's finest beaches and the North Sea.
Training
A training area will be available for use on the Monday and Tuesday. Training maps will be sold for 5 € in the Event Centre.
The training area, Gøddel Bjerge, is situated beside the northern part of Nymindegab Camp. The following middle distance style courses will be available; you are welcome to run these on both the Monday and Tuesday.

Sprint
The Sprint competition will take place in Varde old town.
Transport: Shuttle bus to Varde and back, after the Opening Ceremony, will be organised from the Event Centre. Booking necessary - price 10 €.
Terrain description: Old town with narrow streets and park areas. The town will not be closed off, so road traffic regulations must be observed.
The map is drawn to ISSOM 2007 standards at the scale of 1:5,000, and dates from spring 2010.
Middle distance
The main competition will be held in Kærgård, about 20 km. south of the Event Centre.
Transport: Shuttle bus to Kærgård and back will be organised from the Event Centre. Booking necessary - price 10 €.
Terrain description: typical sand dune terrain with a varied path network and variable forest runnability, together with open sand dunes and heath.
The map is drawn to ISOM 2000 standards at the scale of 1:10,000, and dates from spring 2010.
Relay competition
Relay
The final relay competition takes place in Nyminde, about 1-2 km. south of the Event Centre.

Course lengths
The course lengths will be according to the rules of EFOL. The exact course lengths will be given in due course on this web page on the internet.

Time keeping
The EMIT system will be used. EMIT bricks can be hired.
Jury
IOF Rules will apply to all competitions unless stated otherwise. The jury will be appointed by the Organiser and the EFOL International organisation.
Prizes
Medals will be awarded to the first three in each class.
Liability
The Organisers will assume no liability for accidents which have not been directly caused by their action or failure to act. All participants and spectators are responsible for their own reasonable personal insurance.
